Discover best practices to elevate every burn and extend the life of your candle.

1. Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Protect materials like wood or marble by using a coaster or stand. Keep away from flammable items such as curtains or bedding.
2. Light your candle safely using a match or candle lighter.
3. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface to prevent tunneling and ensure an even scent throw.
4. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
5. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame to avoid splashing hot wax.
6. Allow the candle to cool and fully solidify before relighting.
7. Trim and recenter the wick to ¼ inch (6 mm) before each use for a clean, even burn.
8. Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch (10–12 mm) of wax remains to prevent damage to the container or surface.
