Place your candle on a stable, heat resistant surface. Protect surfaces like wood or marble by placing the candle on a stand. Keep away from flammable materials like curtains or bedding.
Light your candle safely with a match or candle lighter.
Let your candle burn until the whole surface of wax has melted, helping to coax out the scent.
Do not leave your candle unattended and do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
We recommend using a candle snuffer to snuff out your flame and avoid splashing hot wax.
Let the candle cool and solidify before relighting.
Use a wick trimmer between uses to recenter the wick and trim it down to 1/4 inch for a clean, even burn next time you use your candle.
We recommend you stop lighting your candle when only 1/2 inch of wax remains. This prevents potential heat damage to the surface below or the container itself.
