RETURN POLICY Due to the nature of our product please make sure you are completely satisfied with the product pryor to use. We cannot accept returns on used candles. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any non consumable items simply return those items within 30 days of receipt for prompt and friendly exchange. If you should need to return or exchange any item(s): 1. Please complete the reverse side of the Packing Slip you received with your order and return it with the items being sent back. 2. Item(s) being returned must be in the original carton, if applicable. 3. When shipping merchandise back, please wrap the item(s) in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape. For your protection, insure it for it's value. 4. Adress your package to our return adress: P.O. Box 594, Laguna Beach, CA 92652-0594 5. Return the package prepaid. (Sorry, we cannot accept COD's) 6. We strongly recommend shipping your return through United Parcel Service (UPS) SHIPPING AND HANDLING We're sorry, but shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will require additional shipping charges due to the much higher costs of delivery to these locations. These costs will be calculated for you when you complete the order information. Delivery: We ship orders within 24 hours, and will notify you promptly of any backorders. Express delivery and express gift delivery is available for next day deliver and next day gift delivery service is also available. As well as in some cases, local, same day delivery. Products that are backordered will ship within two weeks. We appreciate your patience, and will make every effort to ship your order at the earliest possible time.
